Orthopedic Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Therapy Tech to join our team at OrthoVirginia, the largest provider of expert orthopedic and therapy care in Virginia.

• Assist therapists in the treatment of orthopedic patients, setting up exercises and equipment as instructed.
• Perform and respond to therapists in accordance with the rules and regulations of the American Physical/Occupational Therapy Associations.
• Assist patients in performing exercises assigned by therapists, under direct supervision.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain exercise equipment, as well as clean and sanitize shared surfaces and patient care areas.
• Assist with clerical duties, including answering phones, filing, and stocking necessary items.
• Perform laundry duties and restock linen supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
