Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Individualized Care: Use a systematic approach to deliver knowledgeable, skillful, consistent, and continuous nursing care.
  2. Coordinate Resident Care: Make rounds every two hours to assess residents' status, initiate required interventions, and collect data for assessments and plan development.
  3. Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized plans based on RN assessments, implementing necessary nursing interventions.
  4. Consult with Physicians: Clarify orders or treatment regimens believed inaccurate or non-effective, consulting with licensed practitioners as needed.
  5. Administer Medications: Review medication records, administer medications and treatments per physicians' orders, and accurately record all care provided.

Requirements:
* Graduate of an approved LVN/LPN program
* Valid license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in California
* BLS certification
* One year of directly related experience preferred
* New graduates considered.
