Well Site Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Cenergy International is seeking a highly skilled Well Site Operations Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our work areas. This role requires a strong leader who can direct the activities of Operators, Maintenance Personnel, Technical Staff, and Administration staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the work area.

- Provide strong support for all Health, Safety, and Environment matters.
- Ensure all company and government regulations are followed.
- Work closely with the Operations Leader to direct the activities of the Operators, Maintenance Personnel, Technical Staff, and Administration staff.
- Assist with production volume tracking, operating expense tracking, cash generated analysis, and budgets.
- Work with Facilities Engineers to ensure existing and new facilities are safe and efficient.
- Work with third-party producers to ensure optimal performance.
- Makes recommendations for improvement in operations and maintenance processes.
- Work with Lead Operator to organize and execute major/minor turn-arounds.
- Commissions and starts-up new facilities.
- Assists the training and development of field personnel by providing mentorship, technical knowledge, and guidance.
- Provides input to employee assessments and reviews, provides strong field presence, and mentorship for field staff.
- Establishes staff schedules such as weekend, holiday, and vacation coverage.
- Performs relief duties for the Operations Leader.
Requirements:
- Typically 15 plus years of experience.
- Provides oversight for multiple functional areas through senior lead staff.
- Responsible across the operation for strategic/functional support.
- Adapts and executes functional business plans; deploys resources to achieve financial and business objectives.
- Decisions are guided by functional strategies/priorities.
- Barriers and Well Operations experience required.
- IADC Well Control Certification Required.
- Well Site Safety Management.
- Wellview.
Education:
HS Diploma/GED required.
Work Schedule:
5-40 Schedule (8Hr Days) - 5 days on / 2 days off.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $90.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
