Job Description

This Nurse Residency Program in Cardiac Telemetry is designed for new graduate nurses who want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospital environment. As a resident, you will work closely with experienced nurses and nurse educators to develop your clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
  • Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
  • No previous experience needed
