Job Title: Overnight Baker

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread and pastries for our cafes.

About the Role:

As an Overnight Baker, you will be working independently to prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries for our cafes. This will include ensuring that all products meet our high standards for quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries for our cafes
  • Ensure all products meet our quality and presentation standards
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Perform other activities as needed, such as stocking and sanitation
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a related field
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
