Responsibilities include daily servicing of guest rooms in line with hotel protocols, preparing housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, and ensuring the replacement of bed linens and restocking of guest room amenities while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests and colleagues in a courteous, service-focused manner.
  • Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with hotel policies, with scheduling subject to hotel requirements.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance as per brand guidelines.
  • Adhere to safety and operational standards to promote efficient hotel functioning.
  • Thoroughly clean and replenish the designated number of guest rooms during each shift.
  • Complete all preparatory cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
  • Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest accommodations.
  • Ensure that all hallways, public spaces, and storage areas are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Prepare the housekeeping cleaning cart for the following day’s operations.
  • Conduct room cleaning with the door closed unless otherwise requested by the guest.
  • Report any missing items from rooms (e.g., irons, hair dryers) to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Immediately notify the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager of any maintenance issues.
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with established protocols.
Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related field.
