We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our CVICU team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to lift and move patients, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Experience working in a critical care setting.
- Certification in a relevant specialty, such as CVICU or critical care nursing.
