**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Greet Guests with a Smile**: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel at ease.
• **Utilize Guest Names**: Address guests by name, if known, to create a personalized experience.
• **Resolve Guest Complaints**: Effectively address and resolve any guest concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
• **Prepare Beverages**: Craft a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to meet our guests' preferences.
• **Interact with Guests**: Engage with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
• **Assess Guest Needs**: Anticipate and meet guests' needs, offering recommendations and suggestions to enhance their experience.
• **Maintain Bar Inventory**: Restock and replenish bar supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized bar area.
• **Stay Guest-Focused**: Prioritize guest satisfaction, providing an exceptional experience in every interaction.
• **Comply with Regulations**: Adhere to all food and beverage regulations, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise.
• **Maintain Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on wine, liquor, beer, and menu offerings, accurately answering guest questions.
• **Recognize Repeat Guests**: Identify and anticipate the needs of repeat and VIP guests, providing a personalized experience.
• **Present Menus**: Present menus and extend congenialities, following established guidelines.
• **Maintain Integrity**: Uphold the values and integrity of Andiamo by demonstrating ethical behavior and a positive attitude.

**Requirements:**

• **Age Requirement**: Must be over 21 years of age.
• **Mixology Skills**: Possess excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• **Computer Literacy**: Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems and Point of Sale (P.O.S.) technology.
• **Communication Skills**: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• **Bar Organization**: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• **Training Certificate**: Hold a relevant training certificate, such as TIPS-Alcohol Awareness.
