### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Driver Helper to join our team at Republic Services, Inc. As a Driver Helper, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient removal of waste on designated residential routes.

### Key Responsibilities

* Safely load waste onto the vehicle while assisting the Driver in providing prompt and courteous service to customers
* Assist the Driver in navigating the route and ensuring timely completion of waste removal services
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
* Collaborate with the Driver to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the route
