Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Alliance ABA Therapy. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, in-home ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, promoting positive behavioral change and supporting their caregivers.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA and related therapeutic strategies.
  • Work closely with clients' families and caregivers to provide behavior coaching and support.
  • Collect and record data on client progress, as required.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children, preferably those with developmental disabilities or Autism.
  • Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors.
  • RBT certification or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
