**About the Job:**

As a Travel Physical Therapist Outpatient, you will have the opportunity to work with various health systems across the country, providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs
* Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

**Requirements:**

* Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
* Current, valid, and active driver's license
* Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
* One (1) year of experience as a PT
* Recent acute care experience for acute care and LTAC placements

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum Qualifications: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required.
* Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
* Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
* One (1) year of experience as a PT Required.
* Recent acute care experience for acute care and LTAC placements

**Certifications, Licensures, Registrations:**

* Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment required.
* Current BLS from a Vibra-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients.
* Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (ex ACLS, PALS, NRP)

**Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
