We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at UCHealth. As a Medical Office Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support to our patients in a fast-paced medical office setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient care plans based on individual assessments to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating effectively with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and families, providing education and support to promote health and well-being.
- Delegate patient care to ancillary personnel, precepting student nurses and new hires as needed.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
