Licensed Practical Nurse Position

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Rapha Centre team. As an LPN, you will work closely with our medical staff to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking and recording patients' vital signs and medical information
- Preparing patients for examinations and administering medications as directed by physicians
- Maintaining accurate medical records and coding for insurance purposes
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with insurance companies
- Writing prescriptions at a physician's request
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Tennessee with a minimum of one year of experience
- CPR certification
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Preferred: phlebotomy certification, experience required
