About Us:
We are a dedicated all-female legal practice with multiple offices, providing comprehensive legal services in family and elder law. Our areas of expertise include separation, divorce, child custody, adoption, alimony, estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, appeals, and other family-related legal matters.

Why Consider This Role?
As part of our rapidly expanding practice, you will have the chance to work closely with a senior Certified Elder Law Attorney who brings extensive experience. You will also collaborate with a team of proficient elder law attorneys and paralegals.

Compensation:
Salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, with additional signing bonuses and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with prospective clients to outline the legal services available and provide guidance on suitable legal actions.
  • Prepare legal documentation, conduct legal research, and coordinate meetings with clients to help them formulate their future plans.
  • Meticulously document and report billable hours for both hourly and flat fee cases.
  • Travel to various office locations as required.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate law.
  • Must be licensed to practice in North Carolina; additional licensure in South Carolina is a plus.
  • Proficient in estate planning, trust and estate administration, Medicaid planning, and long-term care benefits.
  • Experience in litigation, particularly in guardianship and estate litigation cases.
  • Strong ability to track and bill time efficiently.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and the capability to work independently.
