Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Clerk of the Works to join our team at WinnCompanies. This is a unique opportunity to work on a major rehabilitation project at Phillips Brooks School, a 56-unit residential community located in Dorchester, MA. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of this project. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the construction supervisor, preparing and delivering notices to residents, evaluating resident complaints or damage, and reporting back to the property manager. Additionally, you will attend and participate in construction meetings to understand the construction schedule and monitor progress.

We offer a competitive salary of $24.04 - $25.96 per hour, paid for approximately 45 weeks. This is a temporary position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in construction project coordination.
