Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Monroe Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, implementations, and evaluations of care plans
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Supervise and educate nursing assistants and helpers to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

Requirements:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state
Current CPR certification
Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment, including feeding pumps, oxygen, and medication carts
Ability to calculate drug dosages and maintain accurate records
Ability to relate positively and effectively with patients, families, and staff
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications
