Salary: The estimated annualized salary for this position is $145,300, which includes discretionary incentives based on individual performance results and company success.

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing the administration and business development of complex investment management and trust accounts. You will work closely with team members to ensure trust product awareness and education of clients, associates, and centers of influence. Key responsibilities include working with teams to drive business development and retention, assisting clients with wealth planning needs, and managing risk.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience, preferably a minimum of 5 years of trust administration and estate planning experience. A fiduciary professional certification such as CTFA, CFP, AEP, JD, or CPA (or 6 months away from obtaining certification) is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in trust administration, fiduciary law, and estate and wealth transfer planning. They should also have a proactive approach to problem-solving, creative thinking within Bank's risk/reward profile, and excellent communication skills.
