About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, offering 8-12 hour days with the possibility of flexible scheduling options. We are looking for a Physical Therapist with orthopedic clinical experience, although we are open to new graduates with the right clinical placements. The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, a passion for helping others through personalized physical therapy regimens, and a desire to work as part of a team to deliver the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting patient consultations, reviewing health and medical histories, and developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
  • Collaborating with referring physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Providing patient education on the benefits of physical therapy, the recovery process, and treatment plan maintenance
  • Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate and timely records
  • Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
  • PT license in MA
  • 1+ years' experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting (new graduates with the right clinical placements will be considered)
