Responsibilities- Perform Diagnostic Imaging Procedures: Under the supervision of the Chief Diagnostic Radiology Technologist, Director of Radiology, Chairman or Manager, you will perform diagnostic radiology imaging procedures and related techniques resulting in the interpretation by, or at the request of, a licensed independent practitioner.
- Follow Professional Standards and Regulations: You will follow professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements, and departmental standards.
- Assess Patient Information and Prepare for Procedures: You will assess pertinent information, prepare and educate patients for procedures and expectations.
- Document Patient Care and Procedure: You will complete documentation of patient care and procedure.
- Utilize Hospital and Departmental Information Systems: You will utilize the hospital and departmental information, technology systems, and equipment operations.
