Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare in Allendale, NJ. As a COTA, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide direct patient care, including exercises, activities, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Currently active state license as a COTA
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation therapy setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
