About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Berkshire Psychiatric & Behavioral Health Services, P.C.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess assigned patients to develop effective treatment plans
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote mental well-being and recovery
  • Serve as the primary contact for treatment-related communication and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care
  • Promote implementation of therapeutic services that are trauma-informed and recovery-oriented
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to facility and program policies
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Licensure by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Counselors, and Marriage & Family Therapists
