Job Summary- The Physical Therapist is accountable for organizing and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy programs to help patients achieve their maximum potential and live within the limits of their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs to help patients restore function and prevent disability.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of South Dakota.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
A competitive salary range of $35.00-$53.00 per hour is offered for this position. The actual hourly rate will depend on your experience.
