About the Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Golf Course Management, Turfgrass Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in golf course maintenance or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of golf course construction and maintenance practices
