Cold Par LLC is seeking a skilled Server and Guest Experience Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Take food and beverage orders from customers and ensure timely delivery
- Answer questions about the menu, golf simulators, and preparation to provide a seamless experience
- Provide ongoing assistance to golfers, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit
- Check with customers periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the physical demands of the position
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
