Senior Agronomy Sales Professional

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Senior Agronomy Sales Representative to join our team in Wiggins, CO.
Key Responsibilities- Develop relationships with suppliers to assist, advise, and develop supply economics and strategies in the region.
- Forecast supply requirements by month and annual basis.
- Manage profit and loss for an assigned territory.
- Increase sales and margins by prospecting new customers and executing sales programs.
- Foster positive long-term relationships with suppliers and customers to create repeat business.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful transactions.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to capture maximum value.
- Collaborate with other CHS divisions to leverage business relationships and grow the CHS enterprise.
- Demonstrate effective cross-selling success and achieve progressive customer share of wallet for multiple product lines.
- Apply the CHS sales cycle to achieve specific targeted results and provide consulting services to build on core selling skills.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- High School diploma and/or GED.
- 4+ years of sales, business development, business operations, or related experience.
- Agronomy sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in agriculture, business, or related field.
- Outside sales experience, including presentations, persuasive negotiation skills, customer service, conflict resolution, and working independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
