- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse individuals and employers.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to navigate challenges and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and transportation with proper insurance coverage.
