• Develop and implement personalized employment plans to help individuals with diverse challenges achieve fulfilling careers and increased independence.
• Collaborate with employers to create inclusive work environments and connect individuals with employers who value their unique skills and perspectives.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to individuals in their employment journey, from job search to workplace integration.
• Advocate for reasonable accommodations and assistive technology to ensure a level playing field for all.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse individuals and employers.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to navigate challenges and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and transportation with proper insurance coverage.
