Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $15.50 to $17, depending on experience and availability. Additional incentives may be available for accepting last-minute shifts and other opportunities.


As a Home Health Aide, you will have the option to participate in on-call coverage for additional compensation, regardless of whether you are called in. Please indicate your interest in this option during the application process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship through engaging activities, such as accompanying clients on walks or to social events.
  • Assist clients in maintaining independence by offering support with light housekeeping and personal care tasks.
  • Facilitate transportation and run errands for clients as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical condition, behavior, or appearance.
  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
  • Manage meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: All candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A genuine desire to serve and assist others in achieving their best quality of life.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • Prior experience as a caregiver or in senior living environments.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle. Documentation will be required and verified prior to employment.
  • Willingness to travel directly to clients' homes, with preferences noted for distance limitations.
  • Ability to run errands and provide transportation for clients, with mileage reimbursed at $0.55 per mile.
