Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Theme Park Attendant to join our team at Six Flags Magic Mountain. This is a part-time opportunity that requires flexibility and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Theme Park Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests as they enjoy our thrilling rides and attractions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests and checking safety restraints before allowing them to ride.
  • Providing clear signals to control panels to ensure smooth ride operations.
  • Observing guests while they are riding to identify any potential safety issues or concerns.

You will also play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your work station and surrounding areas, contributing to an enjoyable experience for our guests.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, as well as physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (with assistance when necessary). Our ideal candidate will also be comfortable working in various weather conditions and adapting to changing situations.

Working Conditions

This position involves working in an indoor/outdoor environment with frequent exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and other weather-related factors. You may also be required to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.

Compensation

The estimated hourly pay for this role is between $17.27 and $17.52, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Overtime opportunities may be available, and compensation will be provided accordingly.
