The Manufacturing Coordinator IV plays a crucial role in facilitating daily operations within the manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to Data Management, Manufacturing Support, and Continuous Improvement protocols. This position encompasses responsibilities such as material management, equipment coordination, and supporting manufacturing processes through effective documentation and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management: Enhance the overall GMP manufacturing process by ensuring that all data generated during manufacturing activities is accurately maintained, reviewed, and analyzed. Duties may include conducting batch throughput assessments, supporting data integrity initiatives, leading investigation evaluations, and collaborating with QA and MFG teams to ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
2. Manufacturing Support: Improve the efficiency of GMP manufacturing processes by ensuring that all manufacturing-related tasks are completed promptly and consistently. Responsibilities may involve coordinating product changeovers, managing batch material orders, and serving as a liaison for material handling and inventory management.
3. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with OSI and Manufacturing Associates to enhance manufacturing performance. This includes identifying improvement opportunities, developing actionable solutions, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a GMP setting.
- Associate's degree or equivalent education with at least 2.5 years of relevant experience in a GMP environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred, along with 2 years of direct experience in a GMP context.
