We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Surveyor to join our team at RTG Investment LLC. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in site elevation and grading to drive project success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate site elevation and grading across all projects. This involves setting and checking grade stakes, reading and interpreting grading stakes and marks, and utilizing GPS knowledge to facilitate efficient project delivery.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who can effectively signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a grade checker (mass and fine grading)
  • High school diploma required
