Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Coordinator Transfer Center to join our team. As a key member of our Transfer Center, you will be responsible for coordinating transfers from initial call through patient discharge and follow-up, providing exceptional service to physicians, nurses, patients, and other medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Transfer Center transfers from initial call through patient discharge and follow-up
  • Provide exceptional service to physicians, nurses, patients, and other medical professionals
  • Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, physicians, patients, and families
  • Sensitive to cultural and bilingual issues
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing, or equivalent, from an accredited program
  • 4 years clinical experience in an acute care setting
  • Current Arizona, or other compact state, Registered Nurse license; BLS
  • PREFERRED: RN experience in an ER/Trauma, Neurosciences and/or Cardiovascular setting; Knowledge of, and the ability to apply InterQual criteria
