Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Nike Retail Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering a premium in-store experience to our consumers, while also developing your leadership skills and expertise in one of five areas: Selling and Service, Team and Culture, Operational Excellence, Visual Merchandising, or Digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless consumer journey
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Nike products and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment
Requirements
  • 1 year of retail and/or consumer service experience
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Digital literacy and ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
