Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contracted position with Soliant. As a Contracted SLP, you will have the opportunity to provide essential speech therapy services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Deliver direct therapy services to students in a school setting, promoting effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development.
  • Document Progress: Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment sessions.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid State License: Hold a valid state license or be eligible for licensure in the state of employment.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC): Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY) with a strong potential for licensure.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
