We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to lead our team in delivering exceptional healthcare projects. As a Senior Project Lead, you will provide technical guidance on complex issues, oversee multiple projects, and mentor junior staff.

About the Role:

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership on large-scale design commissions, directing team members, and enforcing architectural standards and guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical guidance on complex issues and serve as an office-wide resource.
  2. Oversee and provide guidance on multiple small to medium-scale projects, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and guidelines.
  3. Direct team members in the application of architectural standards and guidelines, promoting quality control and best practices.
  4. Work closely with design architects, technical architects, and owners to develop documentation and construction administration follow-through.
  5. Mentor junior staff and participate in performance coaching, promoting professional growth and development.
  6. Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process as requested, contributing to the team's success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience as a technical architect, leading and working with medium to large-sized projects.
  • LEED AP preferred. Architectural Registration required.
  • Strong technical competence and proven experience in schematic design through construction documents.
  • Demonstrated understanding of code implementation, jurisdiction review, construction practices, and methodologies.
  • Experience leading other architects and project groups.
  • Proficiency with and experience using current design software, including Revit and SketchUp.
  • Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills, facilitating trusted relationships with clients and staff.
