Blender Operator

We are seeking a skilled Blender Operator to join our team at Kayem Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our blending equipment to ensure high-quality products.

• Operate and maintain blending equipment to produce high-quality products
• Verify blend sheets and check meat and spices against written formulas
• Meet with production team members to discuss issues and updates
• Document process and productivity information
• Enter information on the MES system and report any problems
• Perform lockout/tagout and complete wash downs as required
• Assist team members in dismantling and assembling equipment

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to work in a wet, cold, and loud environment
• Previous food manufacturing experience a plus
