We are seeking a highly skilled Fiber Optic Network Technician to join our team at IQ Fiber. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining our fiber-optic network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair fiber-optic cables and equipment, ensuring high-quality connections and minimal downtime.
  • Perform fiber splicing and testing to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, working closely with our technical team to identify and resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to provide exceptional support to our customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
