Job Title: Elementary Principal

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Elementary Principal to join our team at Kingsville ISD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the instructional program at the elementary level, ensuring high standards of instructional service and overseeing compliance with district policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the instructional program at the elementary level, ensuring high standards of instructional service.
  • Oversee compliance with district policies, success of instructional programs, and operation of all campus activities.
  • Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service and oversee compliance with district policies.
  • Develop and implement instructional plans and programs that meet the needs of all students.
  • Supervise and evaluate instructional staff, providing coaching and support to improve instructional practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure effective use of resources and a safe and healthy learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and community stakeholders to build relationships and promote a positive school culture.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Educational Administration or related field.
  • Texas Mid-Management certificate.
  • Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (TTESS) certification.
  • Three years of experience as a classroom teacher.
  • Two years of experience in instructional leadership roles.
