Job Title: Automotive Paint Helper

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Helper to join our team at Music City Recon. As an Automotive Paint Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the repair of vehicles at dealerships across Sarasota Area.

Responsibilities include:
  • Traveling to dealerships for on-site cosmetic repair.
  • Assisting in inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair.
  • Assisting in prepping and/or buffing defects.
  • Assisting in mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts.
  • Assisting in painting, sanding, masking, blending, and/or polishing finish and retouching as needed.

Requirements: To be successful as an Automotive Paint Helper, you must have a valid driver's license & Legal Employment Verification. You should also be able to interact with co-workers and customers, be detail-oriented, an active listener, and exercise sound judgment. Additionally, you should be a good multi-tasker and able to follow complex instructions. Ample knowledge of safety precautions is a plus.

Benefits: This role offers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days. The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
