Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility and strength.
  • Conduct physical assessments and develop treatment plans to address patients' physical limitations and disabilities.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to help patients recover from injuries and illnesses.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Document patients' progress and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Current Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • CPR certification.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or certificate in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school.
