BCBA Therapist

Intellistars ABA is a pediatric ABA therapy agency in the Atlanta GA area, dedicated to redefining ASD care by building a talented family of BCBAs and RBTs.

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an Autism Care Specialist. This role will involve working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families to provide high-quality ABA therapy services.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized treatment plans to address behavioral goals and improve quality of life for clients.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to incorporate treatment strategies into daily routines and provide parent training.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Analyze data to inform program changes and optimize outcomes.

• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in home-based ABA therapy.
• Familiarity with various clinical assessments, including Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.
