Facility Maintenance Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility, which includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and scrubbing.
2. Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaking faucets, replacing light bulbs, and unclogging toilets.
3. Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and safe for both residents and visitors.
4. Maintain the grounds of the facility, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
5. Assist in the setup and dismantling of furniture, equipment, and other materials for events.
6. Monitor and restock supplies such as cleaning products, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Ability to lift and carry weights ranging from 30 to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work independently without supervision.
