The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, including experience handling No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation. Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation are also essential.

We offer a congenial, team-oriented, and professional work environment with skilled support staff. Our office is located in Southfield, MI, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful contribution to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation cases, including No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation
  • Develop and implement trial strategies to achieve successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in civil procedure and the rules of evidence

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Michigan and membership in good standing with the state bar
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
