Job Title: Senior Field Maintenance Technician

Waterway Carwash is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash systems and facilities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on car wash equipment, convenience stores, and security systems.
  • Monitor and control costs related to utilities, chemical use, parts use, and building and grounds maintenance.
  • Supervise and manage maintenance technicians, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with store management to ensure workplace safety, parts and supply inventory, and equipment preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain building and grounds for facilities, including landscaping maintenance, and operate snow-plow, fork lift, and scissor lifts as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance-related field, or equivalent degree in a technical field.
  • Experience with motor control and three-phase power systems.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule, including weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven electrical experience with both low and high voltage systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
