- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, with a preferred academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
- Current certifications and licenses, including CPR, as required by law, regulation, or policy.
