Position Overview:
This role is essential in ensuring the accurate selection and handling of outgoing orders. You will be responsible for:
  • Performing precise selection of case pick items for outbound shipments.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of assigned tasks and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Verifying the correctness of outgoing pallets in relation to Bills of Lading.
  • Maintaining an organized work area in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pulling single cases for outbound orders and stacking pallets appropriately.
  • Unitizing products according to packaging specifications.
  • Verifying lot codes and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Collaborating with Shipping Technicians to uphold a safe work environment.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in case picking within a distribution center is preferred.
  • Familiarity with powered industrial trucks/material handling equipment is advantageous.

Skills Required:
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
