Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate plans of care in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness, modifying services as needed and referring patients for further care when necessary.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in our electronic documentation system, maintaining patient records according to company policy.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels, including new graduates.
