We are seeking a skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team at Cortland Dental & Braces, a Benevis company.
Company Overview:
Cortland Dental and Braces is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a fun and compassionate environment. Our mission is to create happy, healthy smiles through excellent patient care.
Estimated Salary: $55-$62 per hour, negotiable based on experience, with an additional $3-$5 or more per hour production pay.
Saturday Availability: This role is available for Saturday shifts only at the Cortland location.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
- Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient.
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history.
- Responsible for adhering to all government regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- Experience is great, but not always required.
Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, company holidays, and much more.
Additional Opportunities: We offer a monthly uncapped production bonus for hygienists, quarterly bonuses based on office performance, and reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 per year or maximum of $500 during a two-year period for full-time hygienists.
