Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing age-appropriate learning activities, promoting social development, and maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Communication: Establish positive relationships with parents and caregivers through regular updates on children's progress.
  • Assessment and Record-Keeping: Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate records of children's development, progress, and milestones.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for college coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a childcare setting, preferably with infants and toddlers.
  • Skills: Knowledge of child development, positive discipline, and age-appropriate learning strategies.
