Job Description:

As an Injection Molding Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting samplings for new parts and molds, setting up and pulling molds for the injection molding process, and assisting engineering with production tool qualification procedures.

You will also assist the Packaging Manager and project employees, document machine and sampling records, maintain inventory lists of resin, colorant, tools, etc., and ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and working order of assigned machines and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Injection Molding
  • Experienced in either Toolmaking, Mechanic, or Electric/Electronic systems
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Effectively manages time as a resource and prioritizes tasks with minimal supervision
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for a minimum of 10 hours
