Principal Attorney

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team at Block LLP. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the legal field, providing strategic guidance and representation to our clients in various legal matters. Your role will involve advocating for clients, advising on optimal legal strategies, and executing comprehensive legal support plans.

$250,000 - $300,000 annually

• Stay informed about local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Offer mentorship and support to junior attorneys and paralegals to help mitigate conflicts
• Prepare essential legal documents such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests
• Attend and represent clients in trials, mediations, and arbitration sessions

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior associate in the legal sector
• A law degree from an accredited institution (LLM, JSD, or J.D.)
• Active membership in good standing with relevant bar associations
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated experience in client advocacy during trials, mediations, and arbitrations
